Can I return my order?

At Bronze Cactus, we only accept returns for exchange or refund in store credit if the products are unused and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Note that we cannot process an exchange or refund for products that have open packaging or are damaged.Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund in store credit on the purchase cost of the product(s) after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival at our facility. If the returned order is lost in transit and there is no package tracking, we cannot be held responsible for the return and may be unable to provide you with a refund credit or exchange.

Can I organize an exchange or refund once my order is returned?

After receiving your returned product at our faculty, we will send you a notification by email. We can then discuss your preferences for either exchanging the item or receiving a refund. Please include your name and order number with that return.
